Yamasaki Academy of Woodbridge MMA fighter Oscar Jimenez and Disciple MMA fighter Tyler Bunting put on what everyone is agreeing was one of the best MMA fighters ever seen, amateur or professional! This fight started out strong and never really slowed down with both fighters going toe-to-toe throughout the whole match. This fight had everything you would want, great back and forth striking, takedowns, submission attempts, ground and pound and, unfortunately for Tyler Bunting, lots of blood! Oscar was able to score a vicious elbow int he waning moments of the last round that opened up a HUGE cut on Tyler and there was a lot of blood. For some reason the referee didn’t pause the action to have the doctor check the cut and so everyone ended up covered in blood, including nearly the entire canvas! Despite the damage inflicted, Tyler Bunting was awarded the decision and secured the title belt instead of our fighter this day. We are super proud of Oscar Jimenez in this performance, however, and can’t wait to see him back in action soon! What a fight! Check out fan-shot footage below.

We are super happy for her and look forward to seeing her in there again soon!
