The HIIT Pads class is a new fitness class exclusive to Yamasaki Academy of Woodbridge that utilizes the pad work traditionally associated with Muay Thai Kickboxing for a killer HIIT workout. Even if you have never thrown a punch or held a pad in your life, it’s no problem because the focus of this class is on the cardio and not necessarily the technique.
